Fuel pump relay (103) malfunction symptons 850 1994

Hi,
I would like to share my experience and it's fix as have found this site a big help myself.
Last friday when returning home I started my car normally and ran for few meters as it stalled. I was able to repeatedly start the engine but it stalled after 5 to 25 secs.
Cure: renewal of the fuel pump relay or more precisely control-unit for 50€.
The unit is not only a relay but has quite a lot electronics built in and thus it provides fuel when ignition-on and starting but after some delay time with running engine it releases the relay contacts and gives no more fuel.

Ps. when looking around and searching for reason to the a.m. problem, I found a broken vacum pipe joint in the vacum disribution pipe after throttle abowe the IAC valve. so ten years has been enough and those rubber joints should be renewed.
