Sunroof rattle 850 1995

I saw the informative primer over at Volvospeed on removing the sunroof, but I haven't seen any mention of what might cause an intermittent rattle that I have with mine. This problem is always with the roof itself closed. It will start to rattle whether the shade is open or closed. It will go on until I change the postion of the shade. Then it pretty much goes away. It sounds metallic, but I suppose it could be hard plastic within the shade itself rattling against something. The cloth below is in good condition. Has anyone had this problem and come up with a fix? Thanks, Don
