S70 2.0T '99 Starting Problem - Antenna Ring S70 2000

I think I have this same problem. Can you discribe the starting problem. About every eight or ten starts, especially in hot weather, I turn the key and the starter either hesitates or turns the engine 1/4 turn and stops. Two, three or fours tries will then start the car.

Can you replace this antenna ring? If you disconnect it to clean or replace do you have to reprogram the key. Is their a part number for this thing.
