Radiator leaked at 140K - it this a known problem? 850

The radiator on my '94 854 leaked and steamed out the plastic side tank at 108k. I stayed away from all-metal radiators since I heard about bi-metallic corrosion being that the 850 has an aluminum block. Installed a Nissens replacement radiator and all has been fine since then. Radiator failures are not unusual in our cars. Good luck!! BTW, radiator is tricky but not impossible to remove and replace. Be sure to support the condenser (which is right in front of radiator) as you remove the radiator.
