Throttle Body Problem?

Recently, my 1999 S70 with 82000 miles has begun to run rough when transitioning to low rpms, for instance when coming to a stop for a traffic light. It almost feels as though it will stall out, but hasn't yet. Then the problem corrects itself after a second or two. Could this be the start of the dreaded Electric throttle body problem? So far no waring light in this regard.

Thanks for any input.
