I recently purchased the scan tool and downloaded the software from the OBD-2 site. I hooked up the tool to a laptop and ran the program. It apparently worked as avertised. I retreived the codes etc. However, some of the screens are cut off. For example, the bottom portion of the "status" screen is cut off so that the "reset" button is missing. The grey background is there. Has anybody experienced the same issue and what was the fix?
