code p0455 evap system

i have a 98 S70 N.A. and have been periodically getting a P0455 code thrown (evap system leak - large). I reset it and every once in a while I get it again. seems to be when it is hot and slow traffic/sitting idleing. I has been happening before and after i replaced the air pump/SAS valve, and also both oxygen sensors. anybody know what I should look for? btw the flame trap is clean.
