circuit failure S70 1999

I need help quickly. It of course is the july 4th weekend so my dealer is closed. I was driving when I smelled an electrical short. When I went to open the window none work. What's worse is that my sunroof is vented open and that won't operate either. The auto-switch button on the drivers side window gets stuck and also makes a buzz-type sound when I try to lower the window. All the other power windows remain dead. But like I said my sunroof is vented open and it won't go either way. Can I manually force it down or is there an override. Please help. Thank you.
