Wide Tires 850 1996

Generally, wider tires will experience more "tramlining". I have Yokohama size 205's on my 850 and I do experience some "tramlining" but its nothing serious. My winter tires are Michelin Pilot Alpin 195/60/15 and they do a really good job in light to heavy snow. The only gripe I have with the 850 as far as tire wear goes is that the car (same as any front-wheel drive car) eats up my front tires. No matter what I do, inflate the tires correctly and regulate them religiously and have regular balancing, alignment and rotation the front will always eat up the tires faster than the rear.
