97 850 blower motor 850 1997

I have a 97 850 with 106 K and the blower is not working when the ac is on. I feel cold air at the vents but, when I turned it from off to high it doesn't work at all. Do you guy's think it could be the switch or the blower motor and If it is one of these 2 things how hard is to replace the blower motor.
