timing belt 850

I have a 95 850 with 144,000 miles. The timing belt was replaced at 77,000 miles, so it now has 67,000 miles and I'm planning to replace it soon. I'd appreciate advice as to whether I should replace the tensioner and pulley. How do I determine if they need to be replaced. Or do I just figure that at 144,000, it's smart to replace them?
