Depends. If the atf is brown to black, flush it now. If it still has a faint reddish tinge, it is probably OK. I would flush it with Dextron, not synthetic, just because I am cheap and don't see an advantage in the tranny. Make sure you have a funnel that will fit the dip stick tube before you start the quick task. Be careful you don't overfill it, or run it dry while flushing from the top line to the radiator.
