AWD S60 Tires/headlights/Extended Warranty S60 2002

I am looking to replace my current tires (Pirelli P6 Four Seasons)with (Pirelli PZero Nero M&S). Any comments about these tires or suggestions on others. Within 5 weeks I have replace 4 headlights (45,000 miles) 3 on pass. side. Dealer tells me he is not sure why this is happening. Any thoughts on this issue? I am considering buying the top of the line Extended Warranty (3 years 100,000 miles) for $2,500. Thoughts on this as well?
