Tie Rods S70 2000

I own a 2000 S70 GLT that has 70,000 miles on it. Yesterday I went to get my annual Safety Inspection Sticker which is mandatory here in Massachusetts. The inspector rejected my vehicle because of bad tie rods. Assuming he is correct and that is all that is wrong does any have any idea of what I am looking in terms of cost to have new tie rods installed?
