AC not blowing cold 850 1995

Hopefully are just be low on refrigerant which the last post addresses. But my A/C reciever drier just rotted out releasing all of the refrigerant. I noticed what I initially thought to be antifreeze on the ground (fluorescent green fluid). The fluid turned out to be the oil from the air conditioning system. The receiver is located in the front right side of the engine compartment and looks like a black canister with two tubes running into the top. To see the bottom of it you will have to drop the black plastic cover on the bottom of the car. The cover is held on by two bolts on either side and three slide clips on the front. Removing the cover you can see the condition of the bottom of the receiver (in my case rusted and covered in the green oil. The receiver is about $58.00 for the part.
