temp sensors grab handle 850

Hi,
What is the procedure in cleaning the temp sensors in the grab handle area? How do you take off the cover of the grab handle? It's fairly new to me and i would like to check it out since my AC is operating weird lately. What is the ideal time to measure the low pressure port gauge? I start mine in the am warm up the car for 5mins and turn on AC full blast on highest setting and mine reads 45psi and sometimes goes down to 30psi. And yet it seems not to function properly.
