Limon,

You have the Electronic Climate Control (ECC), right? The control module should pop out without much effort.

If you have the manual climate control I don't know if there is a sensor behind that grille. Find out before you proceed.

The manual controller is removed by pulling off the L&R temperature dials and removing the screws behind them. Then you gently pry out the cover. To remove the rest of the unit you have to press in on the 4 tabs (each corner) and drop it down, disconnect the cables, and retrieve it through the radio opening.
