Creaking sound when i get out of the car 850 1996

Every time i life my hefty 200pound body out of any seat of the car i hear a creaking sound coming from underneath the car. I figured its just squeaking suspension/shocks/struts or something. Then I heard then car-talk guys telling someone with the same problem to check tie-rod and other tire stuff since it might be something coming lose down there?

I have the car inspected whenever i get an oil change and would figure the mechanic would have told me if he had seen some play with any of the wheel components.
