Removal and replacement of front bumper 850

Hello!!
I have the Haynes manual. However it is not usefull in helping me remove my front bumper (the model in the book is diffrent)

Would anyone be able to supply me with a detailed discription (also picts if available) of how to remove and then replace the front bumper.

Any assistance would be apreciated.
