Help blower motor 850 1997

I have a 97 850 with manual climate control. The fan is not blowing at all. I removed the hlove compartment to access the blower motor. I unhooked the harness and tested it with a test light to see if it is getting power. There was no indication it was getting power when I turned the switch on and off, but I am not sure if I am getting a good ground on the test light. when I turn the switch on and off I hear the two relays to the left of the blower motor mounted to the ducting clicking on and off so I assume they are the relays for the blower motor. I was told by a volvo tech that there is also a resistor to test, where ids the resisitor located. I cannot seem to find it. If I am not getting power to the harness and the rsisitor is before it then I assume the resisitor would be bad. What do you guys think.
Thanks
Dennis
