Acceleration Hesitates 850 1994

ok, so I have a few problems with my car, lets start with the first:

1. When I accelerate, I keep a constant pressure on the gas and the acceleration feels like i am applying it and then removing my foot and putting it back on, and it does this a few times? is this a possible O2 sensor? I do have 120k without replacing them and pulled the code a few times already.

2.My cruise control is whack, I set my speed on the highway, lets say at 72, and if I don't keep an eye on it, the car will all of a sudden accelerate until I press the brake, I notice it does this after hills. I once just let it go to see if it would stop, and it didnt' even attempt to stop after 85

3. and i did have an ac problem but thats a new post
