Low idle on cold start 850

My 1995 850 experiances low idle (600rpm) on a cold start. This low idle is worse in cold weather, where it will lope between 600 and 1000 rpm. After accelerating and driving for a couple of minutes, the idle comes back up to 850.

I have changed the thermostat and MAP sensors and pulled the codes. There are no diagnostics showing.

Any ideas?
