Blow Off Valve 850 1995

Yester day while pulling into traffic I floored the gas peddle. When the RPM's reached about 4500 I heard this noise like a harmonica. I think it is the blow off valve blowing off, if the Volvo even has one. Is this normal or should I start saving.
