Oxygen Sensor- Many Questions 850

Hello, I did read many of the past posts about Oxygen sensors for 850's but I'm a newbie so hopefully some of you will help me out.
1. Has it been your experience when buying an Oxygen sensor online that if the vendor said it was new, it actually was and not defective?

2. Does buying one in the $40-80 range affect the performance of the sensor or does it not matter? Same question about non-Volvo sensors, does it make a difference?

3. Can both the front and back sensors be installed easily, without the car needing to be lifted into the air.

4. With the right guidance, could I attempt to purchase and change my own sensors?
