sunroof won't go all the way forward 850 1994

The sunroof on my 850 Turbo wagon is having a minor problem. When it starts to pop back up into the closed position, it gets caught under the roof. I found the cause of this problem to be that the roof isn't quite going all the way forward before it starts pop back up to seal itself. I can't pop the roof up into the vent position when it is stuck under the roof as it does frequently. I have found the a solution to the problem is to push the roof forward when it is seating itself in the end, which pushes it forward the extra bit so that it can properly pop back up and seal. I am able to pop it up into the vent position as well after doing that. I have a feeling something is stuck someplace, but am really unsure. Does anyone have an idea of how I can fix this annoyance?
