Technical engine question 850

Thanks for the info. Volvo has always been pretty modular with all their designs, but since Ford stepped in there is no telling where these engines come from. As long as the engine has Swedish pedigree things should be OK.

Currently working on a project that would mate one of these newer 1.9 turbos to a 1966 four speed with overdrive. This one is going to take a year or two, but I think the results will be pure swedish pleasure.
