Thanks for the response. I pulled the glove compartment and I was not able to locate a relay there. Is the relay you reference in addition to the one on the main fuse board in the engine compartment? Do you remeber the color of the wires going into the relay? Perhaps the 98 & 97 are different in the locations of these components.
