Injectors - Seviceable???

Does anyone have any experience in checking/cleaning/servicing their fuel injectors on a T5?
I feel that I may have a leaking injector(s)and need advice on removing the fuel rail cover and any other help regarding what to do and what to look for.
Car will occasionally not restart (or starts, rough idles and dies)when warm and I have to wait for @ 5 minutes and then it starts right up.
Have replaced fuel filter, checked voltage to relay, et. al. and now suspect a bad injector. And yes, I have run a bottle of injector cleaner through it.
