black smoke from the exhaust under acceleration 850 1995

I bought a 95 850 turbo wagon for a $900. It needs alot of tlc. The major is that it smokes black smoke under idle from the tail pipe. I checked the turbo hoses and the top one above the radiator had a slit in it. I replaced it and I still have black smoke. The car is not cutting back like before under hard accelaration. So, that seems to be fixed by changing out the hose. I did notice when I changed the hose the inside of the hose was saturated in oil. Wich leads me to believe the oil is coming from the turbo and the smoke is the oil burning through the ehhaust system. Also After I ran it pretty hard Ther was burning oil smoke coming from the turbo.
