LOOSE 95 850R estate DASHBOARD 850

dASHBOARD MOUNTING BOLTS BENEATH WIPER CAL PANEL TORQUE SETTINGS?!?!?

Following the replacement of both heater radiator core and evaporator core in my 96 850R estate professionally at a VOLVO garage, 9 weeks later my dash board is making lots of rattling sqeaking noises.
I removed the wiper cal panel to access the bolts and immediately found some where loose, especially the ones on the driver's side. There was quite a lot of freeplay in the dash board, ie moving backwards and forwards I tightened these up knowing very well that they would probably need to be torqued up to some kind of setting as to allow for the cars twisting and movements. The dash is tighter on to the car now but makes horrible cracking sounds, especially with the R's harder ride. Can someone help with these settings or otherwise.
Regards
Ian
