Bulb Integrity Light has no integrity V70-XC70 1999

I have a '99 v70 and my car has done the same thing for the last 4 years! Bulbs have been replaced a half dozen times by me and the dealer. The flash is always more frequent when it is more humid. Problem is intermittent and brief so dealer has never witnessed the flash. I have personally cleaned and inspected all the bulb sockets, and have made sure there is good ground contact in the rear of the car.

Can someone tell us where the circuit board or relay that controls the function is? - I would consider swapping the part.
