Actually, some of the info at that link...

"'Fix EQ Curve 1' or 'Fix EQ Curve 2'. If you have speakers mounted in the hat shelf, select 'Curve 1'. If you do not have speakers mounted in the hat shelf, select "Curve 2'.
Selecting 'Curve 2" will also increase bass output."

...is incomplete. You may see additional options, such as curves & presets named for specific models ("V70/S40/V40", etc.) as well as the coveted CUSTOM curve, which is fully user-customizable for front and rear.

We use a CUSTOM setting in our V70R and the C70 CONV UP/DOWN settings (which switch automatically based on whether the convertible top is up or down -- in addition to adjusting volume level relative to your speed).
