Oil leak . Need help!!!! 850 t 850 1995

Hi. I am new owner of 1995 Volvo 850 turbo. I need help in founding right name for parts to order them through Internet.
When engine is running I noticed oil leak from the rubber pipe. It is on the left side of the engine. One comes out from the bottom of oil radiator, second from the top of the radiator and then they do together to the bottom of the engine. A have to ad 1/4L of engine oil every ~ 500 mile. I noticed also oil leak in radiator/oil pipe joint. Is there any seals to replace? If anyone knows what am I toking about maybe you can tell me what to order. Thank you very much. Walter.
