sedan roof rack issues... HELP 850 2005

So you obviously you can't put Euro rails on a sedan. That leaves some type of aftermarket rack that usually wraps down over the edge of the door frame lipand interferes with the seal. I hate that. I know its only a matter of time before that means an easy path for water. I have one of those Thule/Volvo (gotta love the Swedish brotherhood) for my 94 wagon. Its easy enough to put on and take off, which is good because I don't like to have it on unless I'm using it. I'm looking at buying a 93 sedan and would like another rack option. Anyone out there have any ideas or had luck with another brand of rack? If you pop off that black piece of trim that runs along the sides of the roof are there any threaded inserts inside, similar to a wagon where the Euro rails attach? I have access of a full machine shop at work and could easily figure something out if there's already some type of mounting feature. I'd rather not go drilling my own holes in the roof.

Any input appreciated.

Ben
