central locking keeps trying to lock up continusly S40-V40 2000

Noticed today that my central locking keeps trying to lock up continusly when ignition is on...
If I lock all doors it takes 30 sec then all doors unlocks again and I can hear it ticking(unlocking) every 45 sec.
I also noticed that the "lock all doors"-button doesn't respond the 5 first seconds after the look up

Does any one know how it works ?
