SRS light S70 keeps turning on and shows code 232 even after repair S70 1997

Could anybody help me with the following.
My SRS light turns on even after replacing seat belt and seat belt tensioner and resetting the light already many times. After each reset it remains of for a couple of days and then all of a sudden during driving it turns on again. It keeps showing error code 232. The Volvo dealer has no idea how to fix so does anybody of you have a clue.
