Please help us help you. Start the car, open the hood, and try to figure out where the noise is coming from. I am surprised the dealer couldn't find it and charge you a lot of money for new parts.
Try turning off the AC. Does the noise increase with rpm? Does it come from the passenger side? Low or high in the engine bay?
