99 V70 rear o2 malf. V70-XC70

New rear O2 installed, still getting codes for faulty signal rear O2?

I was told Volvo made a extension harness for both sensors, this was to help with signal quality? The dealers are said to be installing them when they replace the O2 sensors?

Anyone have any ideas? The voltages are very active and there does not seem to be any damage to any wiring.

also one volvo tech said he usually sees th evoltage at idle right at 1 volt! Mine run about .6 Any help would be terrific!
Thanks in advance.
