Procedures to clean the ETM S80

i just got this S80..wife n i love it ..its our 3rd Volvo...i was told that if the ETM is cleaned on a regular 30k schedule..it can be trouble free...i have 57k on this S80..my question is what is the procedure to take apart this ETM and do a good clean job...Thanks in advance for any help...
