electrical issues S80 2000

The windshield washer keeps blowing the fuse. In addition, the left front headlight blade is malfunctioning. Just more problems with the car. Any suggestions? I am tryingh to schedule a meeting with the regional service rep with Volvo in my area and he is ignoring my calls and now the dealer is backing off. Over $3000 in repairs(not maintiance) in less than 2 years and the regular scheduled maintance is lacking because of all other repairs. ABS,and other issues.

Any one had any success contacting Volvo directly voicing complaints on costly repairs?
