ETM problems...legal actions. V70-XC70

I apologize if I am re-creating a previous post, but I could not find this link through a search of previous posts. I own a V70 T5 2001, and I have been reading alot on the ETM problems. I came across this link: http://www.lieffcabraser.com/etm-complaints.htm

This is a page to a law firm that is compiling information on the ETM failures in the United States. Anyone that is currently experiencing these problems, symptoms, getting the run-around from the volvo mechanics, or have already paid for getting these problems fixed, I highly recommend going to the provided link and completing their forms online.
