oil leak...please help! 850 1996

If you go to a dealer, they will replace the entire oil line for a modest fee of $150 + labor. I suspect it is probably just the O ring at the coupling that needs to be replaced, along with a new clamp.
As far as the squeeking noise: make a stethascope(sp) with an old piece of garden hose and then try to find where the noise is coming from.
