Anyone else experienced an internal oil leak in powered steering racks in late 90's V70's? Mine is consuming a couple ounces per week. If I check it every month, it is down about 2 inches.

Toronto area dealer wants $1600.00 ( CDN ) to replace one; presumably part and labour. Better prices in Buffalo or elsewhere?

Appreciate notes re your experiences.
