Horn blows all the time when key is on...HELP 850 1995

Contacts in steering wheel are fragile and break. Check out www.ipdusa.com
for a kit to replace these. Ebay also has a seller that has a kit with simple instructions. I went into my 1997 850GLT, and bypassed one broken contact and have been able to get along fine. Poor design, light plastic construction, avoid pounding your hand on the horn.
Be careful with the airbag. I can only figure that they do not want a durable steel contact to become a deadly projectile, when the air bag goes off.
