Thanks for your reply. It may be the oil which, when I checked it, was very low. No oil leakage in the garage but a lot of city driving. I'll have to check it more often--thought these beasts had a light that came on to advise of low oil, but then I should know better than to rely on a light. What kills me, is that I put two quarts in it for $14.00, what a rip off-but it was low enough I didn't want to take any chances. We'll see if that works.
