I re-read your original message and you said that there was no dip-stick. Are you absolutely sure? I know it's hard to find if you don't know where it is, but you should have one somewhere. You need it to add the ATF when you do the flush yourself without one of those flushing machines. But...if you're definitely sure you don't have one, then the only way I'd say you can flush it is with the machine, like in this picture:
