Are you referring to the outer end? If so, a "pickle fork" type will work with a heavy hammer. These come in about 3 sizes I think. You can find these at most any auto parts place. I believe AutoZone will loan you a more sophisticated type that uses a screw mechanism to break it loose. Soak it good with Pblaster and let it soak awhile (overnight) before you start. It is likely reeeeeeal stuck on a 94.
