Thanks, I did some research and found the relay panel under the dash, and I am real sure that's where the relay(s) go. There are 2 blank spaces. Manual says #201 is 'front foglight relay',and #213 is 'foglight "crossover" relay. What is that? I tried a relay in each, still nothing. All wiring and wire colors @switch and relays match manual. I'm lost now.
