Sounds like you have found an exceptional car. In my opinion 11k is a bit steep so you have some haggling power but with a car with that little wear and tear, the seller just might get that much if the right buyer comes along. I bought my XC for much less but it had a lot more wear and 80k more miles, therefore I had to put some money into it. That car's ABS module will fail just give it time, when it does send the module into Vitor Rocha http://home.earthlink.net/~vicrocha/ He will do it right and for less than Volvo can.
