850 - S70 Compatability and Suggestions 850 1996

Thanks for the comments so far, they are most informative..

My initial thoughts are that I have a low-miles turbo engine, and a great
interior. Does anyone know what the actual differences are between the seats
in the 850 and S70? Is it just a case of the frame rails being different...
Maybe change out the skins etc? Are the base engines the same? ie: could I use the harness etc. off a S70 with an 850 engine? I don't see the problem
with going to independent coils and a fly-by-wire throttle if I use the same
exterior "top-end" components off the existing S70 engine...

What I am trying to do here is just work up some scenarios and answers before I
actively go shopping for an S70. And some ideas (besides what I already have)
of what years to look for or stay away from.. I was thinking of looking for a 99 or 2000 model, but the comments so far seem to say only a 98 will work..
